Ahmed Habib
Ahmed Habib is the Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Holding Company. He has over 18 years of experience in real estate investment, development, management, sales, and placement. He has a proven track record of launching real estate investment funds worth more than $2 billion and completing more than $1 billion in real estate investment transactions.
Masterplanning developments, construction, plot parcelization, and the creation of value-added elements from pre-development to project completion are among Ahmed's areas of expertise. He has led projects ranging from megacities to individual parcels for both horizontal and vertical development. Ahmed also specialises in portfolio restructuring, debt rescheduling, master community planning, and negotiating with developers and joint venture partners.
Prior to joining GHC, Ahmed served as the Managing Director of Alnajjar Ventures, which provided consultancy and advisory services to HNWI and family offices in the GCC, and LMYM Ventures, which engaged in private asset management. Prior to these roles, Ahmed was a long-serving member of Abu Dhabi Investment House (ADIH), having established the real estate and sales department and managing a $2 billion portfolio of MENA real estate developments.
Ahmed has a bachelor's degree with honours in E-business from the University of Bedfordshire (Luton) and has been certified by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) through the General Securities Representative Exam (GSRE) Series 7 and by the American Academy of Financial Management as a FAAFM - Register Financial Specialist (AAFM).

Hazim A. Karim
Hazim is an expert business manager with over two decades of industry experience. Hazim has played a number of key management roles in GHC’s parent company, GFH Financial Group, since his appointment in 2000, with experience across a multitude of functions including Operations, Fund Administration, Corporate Communications and Placement. As a senior member of the management team, Hazim remains actively involved in group strategy and serves as a member of the board on a number of Operating Companies, Special Purpose Vehicles and Holding Companies. Prior to joining GFH, Hazim served in the corporate banking division of Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK).

Dr. Nasr Gaafar Salama
Dr. Nasr is a legal industry veteran with over 29 years of extensive experience in Egyptian and GCC commercial and civil law, company law, intellectual property law and investment laws. He is also an expert in drafting all types of commercial, contracting and franchise contracts. Dr. Nasr is the manager and owner of the Law & Legal Advisory Services Centre in Egypt, and Legal Advisor to Al Shaya Group of Companies, Kuwait and Egypt, Madi International Group, Dar Al Shifa Hospital, Kuwait, Silver Star Company, Kuwait and Lebanon, Al Shaya Marine, Kuwait, GFH Financial Group, Bahrain, and several other companies in the GCC region.
Dr. Nasr is a registered lawyer with the Cessation Court and the Supreme Administrative Court in Egypt, a member of the Arab Lawyers Association, the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, the Supreme Arab Human Rights Activists Council and the Egyptian Judges’ Club as an international arbitration consultant.
Dr. Nasr is an international accredited arbitrator "Consultant in International Arbitration” / International Association for Arbitration and Legal Studies, a member of the Gulf International Federation of Arbitration, accredited arbitrator in the Commercial Arbitration Center for the GCC States (Ahmed Najm Center / Bahrain) in the Commercial Arbitration Center for the GCC states/ Bahrain and an accredited international arbitrator in the Arbitration Committee of Rawafed Arbitration Center/ Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Cairo University (1989), a PhD (professional) in International Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge (UK, 2012), an Advanced diploma in contracts and Islamic commercial jurisprudence from the Bahrain Institute for Banking and Financial Studies (BIBF, 2020).

Mohammed Ahmed Alkaabi
Mohammed manages current GHC’s real estate investments, analyses and structures new real estate investments, provide real estate technical support on advisory assignments and monitor real estate market in GCC.
Mohammed brings more than 7 years of real estate, urban planning and architectural experience with strong understanding of government and municipality processes. His experience comes from a career background which includes positions at Al Zayani designers and consultant, Manara Development a subsidiary of Al Salam Bank and Head of Special Project Development in Urban Planning & Development Authority.
Mohammed holds a BSC in Architecture from The University of Bahrain

Deena Al Hamad
Deena offers GHC 20 years of vast experience spanning accounting, procurement, negotiation, financial reporting and budget management. Prior to her appointment at GHC, Deena held key roles at the Bahrain International Circuit and Arcapita.
